We are welcoming you all in our learning session of “How to Configure Product Price Alert Notification in Magento2”.

The product page appears with the option for “Sign up for Price Alert”, when we enable the price change alerts for our store customers, whereas guest customers need to first make their customer accounts and then can subscribe for the same. Every store customer gets the notification about the product price become special or changes.

So let’s start with practical, for this we are going to our “Magento2 Admin Panel” from here select the section “Stores” then we will fetch the option of “Configuration” which is under the “Settings”.

Now we have the present screen of ‘Configuration’, from the left corner, we need to select the link of “Catalog” and then the sub-link for “Catalog”.

The current screen will show us plenty of options, out of which we need to focus for “Product Alerts” to expand.

From here we have the third option of “Allow Alert When Product Price Changes” – with two choices, as “Yes” or “No”, so we can select as our requirement. In order to make it enabled, we have to select it as “Yes”.

Next options are for “Price Alert E-mail Template” & “Alert E-mail Sender”, which we can select as per our requirements.

To offer alerts when out-of-stock products become available again, set “Allow Alert When Product Comes Back in Stock” to “Yes”.

Save all the work done so far with “save Config” button.
